| Abstract(esp): | A nivel mundial la conciencia sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente ha ido acrecentándose gracias a la formulación de acuerdos internacionales como los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible - ODS1 que hacen parte de la agenda 20302 y el Acuerdo de París logrado en la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre Cambio Climático 2015 – COP213, los gobiernos han incorporado en sus políticas estrategias para la mitigación de los problemas ambientales, actualmente no es posible concebir el desarrollo de las ciudades sin pensar en términos de sostenibilidad; El campo de la construcción genera un gran impacto no solo en términos económicos, sino también ambientales, es por esto la importancia de la incorporación de estrategias que permitan mitigar dichos impactos de la construcción. |
| Abstract(eng): | At a global level, awareness about caring for the environment has been increasing thanks to the formulation of international agreements such as the Sustainable Development Goals - ODS1 that are part of the 20302 agenda and the Paris Agreement achieved at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change 2015 - COP213, governments have incorporated into their policies strategies for the mitigation of environmental problems, currently it is not possible to conceive the development of cities without thinking in terms of sustainability; The field of construction generates a great impact not only in economic terms, but also in environmental terms, which is why the importance of incorporating strategies to mitigate these impacts of construction. |
