dc.description.abstract | Actualmente, los accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales representan graves repercusiones en la población trabajadora y su entorno familiar, ya que impactan directamente en la calidad de vida de estas personas: a nivel económico, físico y psicosocial. De igual manera, las empresas se ven seriamente afectadas ya que los accidentes, incidentes y enfermedades laborales, provocan interrupciones en los procesos productivos que obstaculizan el normal funcionamiento de su propuesta de valor, generando costos adicionales y deterioro de la reputación de las compañías en el sector que se ven reflejadas en la competitividad, la economía y la sociedad en general. | spa |
