| Abstract(esp): | El concepto de cultura escolar ha tenido modificaciones y variaciones relativas, dada la relación disciplinar y teórica que presente. Autores como: Bower (1966), Argyris (1976), Schein (1985) y Hargreaves (1996) y Deal y Peterson (2009 han contribuido desde distintas perspectivas a su discusión, presentando asociaciones epistemológicas a sus particulares intereses de investigación. No obstante, dichos autores tienen han interpretado la cultura escolar como el comportamiento simultaneo que presenta un grupo de personas, configurando las relaciones con el entorno escolar Elías (2015). |
| Abstract(eng): | The concept of school culture has had relative modifications and variations, given the disciplinary and theoretical relationship that it presents. Authors like: Bower (1966), Argyris (1976), Schein (1985) and Hargreaves (1996) and Deal and Peterson (2009) have contributed from different perspectives to their discussion, presenting epistemological associations to their particular interests of investigation. However, these authors have interpreted school culture as the simultaneous behavior presented by a group of people, configuring relationships with the school environment Elías (2015). |
