Abstract(esp):	Por medio de esta proyecto de desarrollo se busca que dentro de las instituciones educativas se logre crear un impacto a fin de que también los estudiantes puedan tener dentro de sus instituciones nuevas y diferentes prácticas para gestionar su aprendizaje autónomo, de manera que las estrategias de la gerencia puedan fortalecer los conocimientos de los docentes y 10 administrativos y que desde allí se adopten nuevas medidas de transformación educativa, logrando así que el aprendizaje se logre impartir en toda la comunidad educativa.
Abstract(eng):	Through this development project, it is sought to create an impact within educational institutions so that students can also have new and different practices within their institutions to manage their autonomous learning, so that the strategies of the management can strengthen the knowledge of teachers and administrators and from there adopt new educational transformation measures, thus ensuring that learning is imparted throughout the educational community.
