| Abstract(esp): | Esta investigación se centra en la importancia que tiene la implementación de medidas de intervención frente a los estilos de vida y de trabajo saludables en la empresa FORMAS MODULARES S.A.S y el papel que puedan tener a través del ámbito de salud laboral, identificando los peligros en los ambientes de trabajo y en donde sea evidente la necesidad de desarrollar programas de estilos de vida y trabajo saludables en esta empresa como estrategia de intervención. Es vital que los entornos saludables sean consideradas en todas las empresas como estrategia transversal hacia la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades de tipo laboral ya que es el lugar en donde un trabajador permanecerá durante su jornada la mayor parte del tiempo. |
| Abstract(eng): | This research focuses on the importance of the implementation of intervention measures against healthy lifestyles and work styles in the company FORMAS MODULARES SAS and the role they may have through the field of occupational health, identifying the dangers in the work environments and where the need to develop healthy lifestyle and work programs is evident in this company as an intervention strategy. It is vital that healthy environments are considered in all companies as a transversal strategy towards the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases since it is the place where a worker will stay during their working day most of the time. |
