| Abstract(esp): | Al hablar de calidad en salud, debe tenerse en cuenta el nivel de satisfacción del usuario como uno de los indicadores de calidad en la atención y si se evalúa el nivel de satisfacción se pueden identificar falencias, brechas y debilidades, al igual que fortalezas. Esta evaluación permite realizar acciones de mejora con base en resultados sobre la percepción que el usuario tiene frente a los diferentes servicios de salud que le son brindados, independientemente de que estos sean positivos o negativos. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción del servicio del usuario externo en la IPS Fundación Nacer para Vivir durante el segundo trimestre del 2022 en el municipio de Cajibío-Cauca-Colombia |
| Abstract(eng): | User as one of the quality indicators in care and if the level of satisfaction is evaluated, shortcomings, gaps and weaknesses can be identified, as well as strengths. This evaluation allows improvement actions to be carried out based on results on the perception that the user has regarding the different health services that are provided, regardless of whether these are positive or negative. The objective of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction of the service of the external user in the IPS Fundación Nacer para Vivirduring the second quarter of 2022 in the municipality of Cajibío-Cauca-Colombia. |
