| Abstract(esp): | Pensar en gerencia educativa, es comprender la responsabilidad de liderar todos los procesos que se dan en las instituciones educativas, más precisamente las áreas de gestión directiva, académica, administrativa, financiera y de la comunidad, es allí donde se evidencia la eficacia y la buena gestión del gerente porque asegura los esfuerzos, las inversiones y las políticas de mejoramiento educativo a nivel local, regional e internacional. Ahora bien, tener una perspectiva sobre la labor del gerente educativo en los ámbitos académicos, es reconocer la importancia que tiene dentro de la construcción social, porque su liderazgo y gestión permiten el posicionamiento institucional y garantiza la significación de la escuela como escenario para la formación integral de sujetos y la transformación social |
