| Abstract(esp): | El presente proyecto de desarrollo pretende realizar un aporte significativo de información, acerca de la importancia del rendimiento académico de los estudiantes y como factores internos y externos o ajenos a las Instituciones Educativas ocasionan el desinterés de los estudiantes. El estudio y análisis se realizó en base a los estudiantes del grado 8° del colegio Tomás Cipriano Mosquera, ubicado al sur de la ciudad de Cali, estrato 4. Se evidencia bajas calificaciones recurrentes en dicho grado y desmotivación por parte del educando, se indaga con el ánimo de encontrar las diversas causas del bajo rendimiento académico, comprobando así la falta de un coordinador académico y la aplicabilidad de estrategias gerenciales y pedagógicas, las cuales permitan que el proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje sea más interactivo y autónomo |
| Abstract(eng): | The present development project intends to make a significant contribution of information about the importance of the academic performance of students and how internal and external factors or outside the Educational Institutions cause the disinterest of the students. The study and analysis was carried out based on the 8th grade students of the Tomás Cipriano Mosquera school, located south of the city of Cali, stratum 4. Low recurring grades are evidenced in said grade and demotivation on the part of the student, it is investigated with the aim of finding the various causes of low academic performance, thus proving the lack of an academic coordinator and the applicability of managerial and pedagogical strategies, which allow the Teaching-Learning process to be more interactive and autonomous |
