| Abstract(esp): | La presente monografía ha sido realizada con la finalidad de evaluar y otorgar un diagnóstico del estado actual del Plan Municipal de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres del Municipio de Puerto Asís (Putumayo), el cual fue aprobado en el año 2014 y que hasta la fecha no ha sido ajustado teniendo como evidencias diferentes eventos amenazantes que obligan a la reestructuración de dicho plan. Así mismo, se determinan las recomendaciones pertinentes para su posterior actualización con base en las debilidades del documento en cuanto a contenido, ejecución, descripción y acciones durante el periodo de su aplicación, para que el ente territorial de este municipio las ejecute y cumpla con las exigencias de la Contraloría Regional y la Ley 1523 de 2012. |
| Abstract(eng): | This monograph has been carried out with the purpose of evaluating and providing a diagnosis of the current status of the Municipal Disaster Risk Management Plan of the Municipality of Puerto Asís (Putumayo), which was approved in 2014 and which to date has not It has been adjusted taking as evidence different threatening events that force the restructuring of said plan. Likewise, the pertinent recommendations are determined for their subsequent updating based on the weaknesses of the document in terms of content, execution, description and actions during the period of its application, so that the territorial entity of this municipality executes them and complies with the requirements of the Regional Comptroller and Law 1523 of 2012 |
