| Abstract(esp): | La alta rotación del talento humano en las instituciones de salud es una problemática frecuente en todos los niveles de atención que supone efectos negativos a corto y largo plazo en las áreas funcionales de la organización, es por ello, que, para disminuir el impacto desfavorable en la estructura de las instituciones de salud, es importante identificar los efectos asociados a este fenómeno para intervenir oportuna y adecuadamente. El talento humano es fundamental en las instituciones de salud para “mejorar la salud de la población y lograr los objetivos del sistema de salud” (MSP, 2018). |
| Abstract(eng): | The high turnover of human talent in health institutions is a problem frequent at all levels of care that entails negative effects in the short and long term in the functional areas of the organization, which is why, to reduce the unfavorable impact on the structure of health institutions, it is important to identify the associated effects. to this phenomenon to intervene timely and appropriately. Human talent is essential in health institutions to “improve the health of the population and achieve the objectives of the health system” (MSP, 2018). |
