| Abstract(esp): | Actualmente en la labor profesoral, se observa poca articulación y comunicación entre teoría y práctica pedagógica, los docentes se enfrentan a contextos escolares distintos a los escenarios educativos de formación y a la vez su práctica en el escenario escolar dista mucho de los componentes teóricos o conceptuales brindados desde la formación inicial de educadores, de allí el cuestionamiento sobre ¿Cuáles sentidos otorgan los maestros a la formación profesoral en el Programa de Formación Complementaria de la Escuela Normal Superior del Magdalena Medio? Esta investigación busca comprender los sentidos que otorgan los maestros a la formación profesoral en el Programa de Formación Complementaria de la Institución Educativa Escuela Normal Superior del Magdalena Medio. |
| Abstract(eng): | Currently in the work of teachers, there is little articulation and communication between theory and pedagogical practice, teachers face school contexts different from the educational scenarios of training and at the same time their practice in the school scenario is far from the theoretical or conceptual components provided from the initial training of educators, hence the questioning about What meanings do teachers give to teacher training in the Complementary Training Program of the Escuela Normal Superior del Magdalena Medio? This research seeks to understand the meanings given by teachers to teacher training in the Complementary Training Program of the Escuela Normal Superior del Magdalena Medio Educational Institution. |
